Alright, I told Dr. Ahmed (Big Spring office) I would post a comment today, Even though I had to reopen my facebook account to do it. So here it is. I have lost 11lbs in approx: 3 weeks. Combination of eating what he recommended/Swimming 3-4 times a week for 45min/Meso therapy/Phentermine RX. Awesome!!! Found what works for me. Definitely, gonna bring a friend.
